Elgin Cross Roads is a Primitive Baptist Church that desires to serve God in the manner set forth in the Scriptures. We take as our guide the Scriptures as our only authority in all matters of faith and practice – 2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Come worship with us in the simplicity of the pattern set forth in the Scriptures, as we rejoice in our Savior, receiving the joy and peace that comes to us in believing and obeying our Savior – Romans 15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. Isaiah 32:17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever. 2 Corinthians 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
